CHARACTERISTICS Bright straw yellow with gold reflections. On the nose, the recognitions are typical: nuanced aromas, citrus fruits, yellow peach, acacia flowers, rose petals and wisteria, and a veil of minerality. The taste is satisfyingly balanced, enveloping, supported by pleasant freshness and flavor.

CHARACTERISTICS Intense ruby red with youthful reflections. Fragrant on the nose with notes of fresh cherries and currants followed by floral hints of violet. The taste is agile with a pleasant softness well balanced by the vivacious acidity and a barely perceptible tannin. Juicy and fruity finish.

CHARACTERISTICS Bright ruby red, it opens with aromas reminiscent of fresh fruit such as cherry and pomegranate, followed by peppery notes and some herbaceous touches. On the palate it is decisive with vivid freshness and tannins that are present but not invasive. The finish is satisfyingly rounded by red fruit notes.

It is dry, clean-edged, and straightforward on the palate, with a finelybalanced progression and lovely, fruit-infused finish.

CHARACTERISTICS Straw yellow, clear and bright with good perlage. On the nose, fragrant and clean. Notes of apple and white peach, followed by citrus fruits. Continuing floral sensations of acacia and hawthorn. On the palate the bubbles are fine supported by good acidity. Dry, with a clean and citrusy finish.
FOOD PAIRING Fried chicken wings and sriracha mayonnaise. Fried chickpea rissole and sriracha mayonnaise.

18 MONTHS OAK AGED WINE
Country of origin: Italy

Characteristics: It appears an intense, luminous straw yellow. It immediately impresses with intense aromas of tropical fruit and citrus, hints of rosewater and jasmine, subtle toasty oak and lemon pastry creme. In the mouth it is generous and enfolding, with glycerine giving it a judicious weight. A crisp, clean-edged progression drives through to a longlingering, savoury finish that both continues and crowns the impressions on the palate.
Food pairing: Baked turbot in potato crust.

Format: 750 ml
Vinification: As soon as the clusters are picked, they are brought to the cellar and cryomacerated for about eight hours at 5-8°C in order to extract the grape's primary aromas. After pressing, cultured yeasts are added to the must, which then ferments some 10 days at 16-18°C.
Aging: The Manzoni Bianco matures 18 months in barrels and tonneaux, while the Traminer rests in stainless steel. After the final blending, the wine receives a minimum of four months' bottle-ageing

Characteristics: Appears a compact, opaque ruby. The nose displays dark cherry preserves, pomegranate juice and wild raspberry, yielding to fragrant hints of cinnamon, tanned leather and pipe tobacco. The palate is full-volumed, seductive and velvety, with generous, glossy tannins. The finish is irresistibly appealing, inviting a further sip.

On the mouth, it is warm and enfolding, impressively supported by emphatic tannins. A broad, generous finish seems to linger forever.
